Help for a Incharge Finance
You record money like a Mutamid does. If your Nazim has switched the finance stage on, you also get a queue: every expense and event the pocket submits reaches you before it reaches the Nazim.
If your pocket does not use that stage, you will not see the queue, and nothing else about your seat changes.

Understanding JFS
Pockets, roles, how money moves, and what the words on the status labels mean.

- Who can do whatThe six seats in JFS and what each one may do: who records money, who reviews it, who has the final word, and why some buttons are missing from your screen.
- How money moves through JFSFrom a receipt at the door to a locked period report: the whole path money takes through JFS, and the point at which each figure stops being able to change.
