- MarkazThe whole country
- SubaA province
- Region or MaqamA division within it
- Zila or IlaqahA district
- TehsilA sub-district
- HalqaThe smallest unit
Not every branch uses every level. A Maqam runs Markaz → Suba → Maqam → Ilaqah → Halqa, skipping Region, Zila and Tehsil.
One record, one pocket, always
A receipt is issued in a pocket and stays there. Nothing is shared between pockets and nothing is counted twice.
Which pocket does a record belong to? Which pocket was active on screen when it was created?
- Halqa Model Town-1
- The record is Halqa Model Town-1’s, and appears in its balance and its reports.
- Suba Punjab
- The record is Suba Punjab’s. It is not part of any Halqa’s figures, even a Halqa underneath it.
The pocket you are working in is named at the top of the Home screen. Check it before you record anything — this is the one mistake that is tedious to undo.
A pocket above yours can look, not touch
Your Nazim’s Nazim can read your pocket’s structure, your submitted reports and what you owe.
They cannot record, edit or delete anything in your pocket.
What travels upward - Your pocket’s booksYours to write
- Read by the pocket aboveReports, liabilities, who is in the pocket
- Read by Nazim-e-AalaEverything, everywhere, read only
The pocket above appoints your auditor
A pocket never chooses who audits it. The Nazim one level up does.
This is why the Assign Auditor button is not in your own pocket’s screens. Look for it in the pocket above, under Oversight.

If something goes wrong
- Do the pockets under mine add up into my balance?
- No. Each pocket’s balance is its own records only. The hierarchy decides who may look at what, never whose money counts as whose.
- I am in more than one pocket. How do I change which one I am working in?
- Tap the pocket name at the top of Home and pick another. Everything on screen changes with it.
