The finance record of Islami Jamiat Talaba Pakistan.
Every rupee a unit receives or spends is entered once, by the person who handled it, and carried through the organisation’s own review and audit. JFS is the app they do that in.

Find the guide for your seat
What your app shows you depends on the seat you hold. Pick yours and the guides are filtered to what you can actually do.
- NazimThe pocket’s chief officer. Records money, reviews what others record, and manages the people in the pocket.
- Nazim-e-AalaNazim of the Markaz, and the only seat that can see every pocket in the organisation.
- MutamidThe general secretary. Day-to-day money in and money out, for one pocket.
- Incharge FinanceThe finance officer. Everything a Mutamid records, plus the first review of what the pocket submits.
- ConsumerA restricted seat: add donors, issue receipts, and submit ordinary expenses. No balances, no reports.
- AuditorThe outside check on one pocket. Reads everything, changes nothing, and has the final word.
How one rupee moves
An example, not a real record — the dates, the unit and the amounts below are made up to show the sequence. Every stage in it is one the system actually enforces.
What is kept, and what cannot change
A receipt cannot be edited or deleted
The server mints its serial number the moment it accepts one — counted per pocket, per year — and there is no route in the app that alters a receipt afterwards, because none was written.
Every expense carries its bill
Up to ten photographs, taken with the camera or chosen from the library at the moment they are attached, and nothing else the phone can see.
Whoever submits is never whoever approves
An expense goes first to the unit’s Nazim for internal review, then to an auditor the parent unit appoints. Neither of them can be the person who entered it, and the server refuses the attempt rather than hiding the button.
A closed month stays closed
Once a period is locked, nothing dated inside it can be created or changed again. A correction is a new entry in the next open period, linked to what it corrects — never a rewrite of the original.
Nothing is deleted quietly
Who did what, and when, is written to a trail that only ever grows. The API for editing that trail was deliberately removed.
Where you are in this
You have been invited to join a pocket
Open the link in your invitation email on the phone you will use JFS on. If the app is not installed yet, install it first and then paste the code shown on that page — installing cannot carry the code across by itself.
How signing in worksYou received a receipt from us
The confirmation email has a link that shows the amount, the date and the unit that recorded it, and lets you tell us if any of it is wrong. Donor names are not published anywhere on this site or in the app’s public receipt check.
Something is not working
Write to it@jamiat.org.pk, or use the form on the support page. A new phone, a forgotten password and an invitation that will not open are all answered there.

JFS is for appointed office bearers. Installing it does not create an account — your Nazim sends the invitation, and the app is where you accept it.
The iPhone version is with Apple for review.
